This is the show for faith-driven entrepreneurs, leaders, and Kingdom visionaries who know their business isn’t just about income—it’s about impact.

What does it mean to be a shepherd in a digital world?
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
What if your platform is already a pulpit and you didn’t plan for it? A single post can reach thousands, but the real weight shows up when someone reaches back and says, “Can you pray for me?” If you’re a Christian entrepreneur, coach, content creator, or ministry leader, your online presence may be shaping a flock every day, and that influence comes with responsibility.
We talk about digital shepherding through the lens of John 10: the good shepherd who guides, protects, and lays down his life. That image pushes back on hustle culture and performance-driven content. We unpack the “heart and hands” blueprint from Psalm 78:72, where integrity and skill belong together, and we reflect on the sober reminder from James 3:1 that teaching carries real accountability.
From there, we share a personal story of a season when visibility grew fast and “business questions” turned into requests for prayer, counsel, and care. That pivot reshaped how we think about Christian leadership online, not as platform building but as people serving. We also get practical about what soul stewardship looks like: responding with compassion, building funnels that create connection, elevating others, and checking our motives so we show up to serve instead of to be seen. Finally, we focus on authenticity in the age of AI polish, because alignment builds trust and trust builds lasting ministry.
If this challenges you, share it with a friend who leads online, subscribe for more, and leave a review so more people can find the conversation. What would change this week if you treated your audience like a flock instead of a number?

A Shepherding Question For The Internet
SPEAKER_00What does it mean to be a shepherd in a digital world? In John 10, 11, Jesus declares, I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. This isn't just poetic imagery, it's a powerful model for leadership. Shepherds don't simply gather sheep, they guide, protect, and care for them. In our hyper-connected, screen-saturated world, spiritual shepherding now extends far beyond pulpits and pews. If you're a Christian entrepreneur, coach, content creator, or ministry leader with an online presence, you are leading a flock. Whether it's 100 followers or 100,000, you're shaping perspectives and influencing decisions. And that influence comes with responsibility. So the question is, are you leading online with integrity and purpose or just producing content? Let's unpack what it means to become a digital shepherd in this age of platforms and pixels.
Who Counts As A Digital Shepherd
SPEAKER_00The Digital Shepherd is a modern calling. Digital Shepherds aren't just pastors with live streams or authors with newsletters. They're anyone who carries spiritual influence in the online space. Content creators, influencers, Christian coaches, or ministry leaders reaching people on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Substack, or Zoom. In Psalm 7872, we see King David portrayed this way. And David shepherded them with integrity of heart, with skillful hands, he led them. That verse describes a blueprint for digital leadership today, heart and hands, character and competence, not either or. Being a digital shepherd means treating your followers as people, not numbers, showing up with a servant's heart, not a performer's ego. Speaking with truth and compassion, not just trends and clickbait. James 3 1 reminds us, not many should become teachers, because we know that we who teach will be judged more strictly. Before we teach we lead. Before we lead
Integrity And The Weight Of Influence
SPEAKER_00we serve. Before we serve we must listen to the shepherd's voice. Shepherding with integrity. My own story, when a platform became a pulpit. Back in 2013, I was gaining traction in a network marketing company. My online visibility was growing fast. Videos, blog posts, and training content were drawing a sizable following. After speaking at a major live event in Dallas, something shifted. What started as business connections quickly turned into something more
When A Platform Became My Pulpit
SPEAKER_00spiritual. People weren't just asking about strategies, they were asking for prayer. They were opening up about their marriages, their financial burdens, their emotional battles. Some even called asking, Do you have time to talk? I don't know who else to turn to. It hit me hard. I was shepherding people, whether I realized it or not. In that moment, the Holy Spirit reminded me of a simple truth. If God had given me influence, he also expected stewardship. I couldn't separate ministry from marketplace. I needed to treat my online audience with the same care, prayer, and spiritual responsibility I had extended to my congregations in years past. That season became a defining pivot in how I viewed online leadership, not as platform building, but as people serving, guarding your flock, servant leadership in action. If people are turning to you for answers, you're functioning as a shepherd, even if you're not wearing a clerical collar. Jesus modeled servant leadership when he washed his disciples' feet, John 13. As influencers and entrepreneurs, our role isn't just to teach, it's to tend. Paul's words to the Ephesian elders echo loudly in our time. Keep watch over yourselves and all the flock of which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, be shepherds of the Church of God, which He bought with His own blood. Acts 20, 28. This isn't just about audience management. It's soul stewardship, ways to embody this. Respond to messages with prayer, not just emojis. Build funnels that foster connection, not just conversions. Use your platform to elevate others, not just yourself. Ezekiel 34 warns of shepherds who feed themselves but fail to care for the flock. In contrast,
Soul Stewardship Over Audience Growth
SPEAKER_00the digital shepherd asks, Am I showing up to serve or to be seen? The voice of the shepherd, authenticity in content creation. Jesus said, My sheep know my voice, John 10 27. Your digital voice matters. Authenticity isn't about oversharing, it's about alignment. What people read in your emails, see in your posts, or hear in your videos should reflect who you are behind the scenes. Make your voice rooted in truth, redemptive in tone, relatable in style. Authenticity builds trust, and trust builds ministry. In the world of AI and scripted perfection,
